The Toyota Glanza is a 5-seater subcompact hatchback powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 88.5 PS and 113 Nm of torque. It features idle start-stop technology that significantly improves fuel efficiency, delivering 22.3 kmpl in city and 22.9 kmpl on highways with the manual transmission. The AMT variant returns 17.34 kmpl city and 22.23 kmpl highway. Available with both 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearbox options. The Glanza offers practical design with spacious interiors, 7 or 9-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, climate control, push-button start, tilt-telescopic steering, and electrically retractable ORVMs. Safety is covered with 6 airbags, ABS, and electronic stability control. However, the rear AC vent console restricts middle passenger legroom, and the boot access is hampered by a tall loading lip. A CNG variant is also available with 76.4 PS in CNG mode.
