About the Kia Syros EV

The Kia Syros EV is expected to be one of Kia India’s most affordable electric SUVs, offering two battery packs — a 42 kWh standard-range pack (ARAI-claimed ~420 km) and a 51.4 kWh long-range pack (up to ~520 km), potentially among the longest-range electric SUVs in its segment. Locally built at Kia’s Anantapur plant, it is expected to launch around July 2026. Reported features include a large panoramic Trinity display, Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, wireless charging and V2L (vehicle-to-load) power. Being smaller and lighter than the Carens Clavis EV, it should offer strong efficiency. Prices, final specs and range are yet to be officially confirmed.
