India's passenger-vehicle registrations reached 4,02,997 in June — up a strong 27.8% year-on-year, though down 1.3% from May's record. Maruti Suzuki extended its lead with a 41.7% share, Tata Motors leapfrogged to #2 on a big +50.9% jump, and Mahindra held #3 by a whisker.
