The Tigor is Tata's compact sedan under 4 metres, on the same platform as the Tiago, against cars like the Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura. The 1.2-litre petrol makes about 85 bhp and 113 Nm, with manual and automated-manual gearboxes, and a factory-fitted twin-cylinder CNG option.
What it adds over the Tiago is a usable boot in the same compact footprint, so you get a three-box car without paying much more. It comes with a touchscreen, connected features and a comfortable cabin, and there is an electric Tigor EV.
The Tata Tigor is a sub-4-metre compact sedan (3995 x 1677 x 1532 mm on a 2450 mm wheelbase) offered across five variants: XM, XT, XZ, XZ+ and XZ+ Lux.
