The Sierra is Tata's midsize SUV. The name is from the 1990s and Tata has brought it back on a completely new car. You can pick petrol or diesel. The 1.5-litre petrol makes about 105 bhp and 145 Nm. Manual and automatic gearboxes are available across the range.
The design borrows from the old Sierra, most obviously the big glass area at the back. Inside it is a thoroughly modern car, with multiple screens, connected-car tech and Tata's safety-focused body engineering. There is a fully electric Sierra EV too.
The Dark Edition, launched 21 September 2026, is an all-black appearance package on Legend trims from Pure L up and the Accomplished tiers: Frissian Black paint, black-painted 19-inch alloys, chrome-black logos and badging, and a black cabin with violet-purple accents. It is mechanically identical to the standard car, priced ₹13.99–21.59 lakh ex-showroom.
