It's a clear signal: buyers want the brand's RS magic in SUV form.
What you get for ₹3 lakh down
The Kodiaq RS packs a retuned 2.0-litre turbo-petrol making 265 bhp and 400 Nm—61 bhp and 80 Nm more than the standard Kodiaq. Seven-speed DSG and AWD are standard; so is Dynamic Chassis Control Plus adaptive damping. Top speed is electronically capped at 231 km/h. Inside: all-black leather with red stitching, 12.9-inch touchscreen, 10.25-inch digital cluster, 13-speaker Canton audio, three-zone climate, panoramic roof, ventilated/heated/memory front sports seats. Safety: nine airbags, 360° camera, full ADAS. Four colours: Moon White, Steel Grey, Velvet Red, Magic Black.
RS redux: history repeating
This isn't a fluke. The Octavia RS also sold out fast when Skoda brought it back, confirming a loyal niche for the brand's hot models in India. The Kodiaq RS sits above the ₹46.99-lakh Laurin & Klement and is expected around ₹60 lakh when Skoda announces pricing in the coming weeks. More units are likely if demand holds—but for now, the first 50 belong to those who hit refresh fastest.
