What it means for Indian buyers: The Sierra EV represents Tata's attempt to blend heritage with modern electric mobility. With dual battery options up to 75 kWh and AWD capability, it caters to buyers seeking both range and performance. The expected ₹18 lakh starting price makes it accessible whilst the 500+ km range addresses India's charging infrastructure concerns. V2L and V2V functions add practical utility for camping and emergency power needs. If launched in June, it will strengthen Tata's dominance in India's EV segment.
